The house is distributed on three levels plus the roof. On the ground floor we find the living room that gives access to the patio, the dining area, the kitchen, a toilet and the laundry room. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a large bathroom with bathtub and shower. One room has a double bed and the other has two single beds, both with their respective built-in wardrobes. On the second floor we find another two double bedrooms and a large bathroom with bathtub. The first room has an extra large double bed and the second room has two single beds. From this floor you can access the fabulous roof that has incredible views of the entire town. Covered with artificial grass, this area is ideal for use as a solarium and to relax enjoying the Menorcan landscape. Casa Maria has Smart TV, with international channels and free Netflix service available to customers. It has Internet connection and free WiFi, Radio, CD and DVD player, library area and board games. The property has air conditioning in all levels of the house. It also has a safe in each of the two double rooms. The town has all the necessary services and a wide range of restaurants a few meters from the house.
