Pleasant fully renovated summer villa with private pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 6 people, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms on one floor.
INTERNAL: This beautiful villa consists of a spacious living-dining room with SAT/TDT TV and air conditioning. A fully equipped open kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher. A bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning. An adapted bathroom with shower and bathtub. A bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning. A bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning. And finally a bathroom with shower. This villa is adapted for people with disabilities.
EXTERNAL: Beautiful garden terrace area with a rectangular 8x4 pool with Roman steps. There is a built-in barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals. There is parking on the same plot for 2 vehicles.
LOCATION: Villa located in a privileged area for its calm, without sacrificing proximity to the beach and all shops. The nearest sandy beach is 2.5 km away, as are the restaurants. The nearest supermarket is 1.3 km away.
REMARKS: Free WiFi. Pets up to 12 kg are allowed with a supplement.
