Stunning mountains surround this countryside villa that is located outside of the city of Girona. Enjoy a spacious garden of 500 square meters accented by a private pool (5.5m x 11m, depth from 1m to 2,2m), ample sun loungers, and a shaded patio with dining seats, a table, and a barbecue. Snack on grilled meats and sangria while the sun sets over the distant mountains. Head inside the villa to find a rustic, fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, coffeemaker and stove/oven. After prepping a home-cooked meal, gather around the dinner table to share food with loved ones before retreating to the living room for a film on the television, or making your way upstairs to the games area with a billiards table and other games. Four bedrooms accommodate 8 guests in the following bed arrangements: (1) one double bed (2) one double bed (3) two single beds (4) two single beds The bed sizes are 100x200 cm for single bed and 130x200 cm for the double bed. There are four bathrooms: one ensuite bathroom, one WC, and two bathrooms with bathtubs and showers. Although this villa is nestled in the hills outside Girona, local amenities are still just a short drive away and include a supermarket and shops (1.2km), a restaurant (500m), a bakery (1.1km) and a pharmacy (900m). The nearest beach is a 45-minute drive away in Lloret de Mar, or explore the gorgeous coastline of Tossa de Mar, just 49km away. Before and after each villa rental, we have enhanced our cleaning processes as per the World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines. All zones of each property, including high contact areas such as door knobs and handles, faucets, and switches are first cleaned and then disinfected with bleach based cleaning products. Disinfectants are left to soak for at least 10 minutes to receive full sanitizing benefits. 2) Cleaning time allowances have been extended to accommodate the above. 3) We have allocated a minimum of 24 hours between check-outs and new check-ins. 4) Our properties are accessed through a keybox so there is no face to face arrival contact. Keys are disinfected after every stay. 5) All of our towels and linens are professionally supplied and Covid-19 cleaned by Elis (elis.com), an international textile, hygiene and facilities service with activities in 28 countries across Europe and Latin America. 6) All beds and pillows have protective covers. 7) All of our maintenance and cleaning staff are required to wear masks when entering the property for any reason. 8) Cushions, decorative and throw blankets have been boxed in all properties until further notice. 9) We provide hand disinfectant for each property.
