On the ground floor, the villa has a large terrace equipped with a barbecue, washing machine, refrigerator, outdoor living room and dining table, with direct access to the pool. There is a split air conditioning in this part of the terrace. The terrace is left open for the poolkeeper's access, to keep the pool in good condition. The main house includes a living room with television, an entrance hall, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob. Additionally, on this floor we find:
