Wifi is accessible throughout the property and in the 2 houses. It is fully heated.
INTERIOR: This beautiful and tastefully renovated villa consists of a main house with 2 independent floors connected by an external staircase.
On the GROUND FLOOR you will find a living room with a sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds. There is 1 bathroom with a shower, toilet and washing machine.
On the UPPER FLOOR we find the fully equipped open kitchen with induction hob, OVEN and dishwasher, a spacious living room with open views of Calpe and the Peñón de Ifach, 2 bedrooms and a courtesy toilet. The double bed bedroom has a PRIVATE bathroom with shower and sink. The other bedroom with a double bed has an ensuite bathroom with sink and shower and SEPARATE PRIVATE WC. We access the adjoining house through a pleasant covered terrace and there we have a double bedroom with a private bathroom with shower and toilet and a bedroom with 2 single beds and an adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet.
OUTSIDE: Beautiful terrace with 9x4 kidney pool with Roman steps and outdoor shower. On the large plot, we also have a pleasant summer kitchen and a barbecue with a plancha to enjoy meals outdoors, a bar where you can prepare delicious drinks and several wooded areas with furniture to relax. The villa also has a petanque court and there is parking for 5 vehicles on the same plot.
SITUATION: This chalet is located in a very quiet area, without forgetting the proximity it offers to all services. It is located 900m from the center of Calpe and all its services and only 1.6km from the nearest sandy beach.
OBSERVATIONS: Free Wi-Fi. No pets allowed.
Groups of young people are not accepted.

We had a fantastic holiday with our extended family as a result of the well equipped villa. The three separate living sleeping spaces, the bar area, the privacy and the views from the first floor panoramic window. The outdoor dining area seats were uncomfortable and information on the property should make it clear that although the location is only a 10 minute walk from amenities a car would be necessary for less mobile holiday makers.

5.0Excellent villa - modern and spotless. Great outdoor facilities. Size of villa was great. We were 3 families, total of 10 people and plenty space - nice rooms and lots of bathrooms. Villa was well equipped and within easy walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants.
