Villa Naconeta in Sant Llorenç de Balafia

Recently built modern villa located near San Lorenzo, in the north of Ibiza. Tastefully decorated and distributed on one level, this villa ensures the comfort of an unforgettable vacation in a built area of ​​400 m2 and 19,000 m2 of land. Entering the house we find the spacious and bright living-dining room with large windows that overlook the pool area and the garden. It has underfloor heating, satellite TV, stereo, fireplace, wi-fi. There are a dining area and fully equipped kitchen as well as a laundry room with access to the car parking. The sleeping area consist of 4 double bedroom. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 2 bedrooms with double beds (1.50 x 2 m) 1 bedroom with double bed (1.50x2 m) and complete bathroom with en-suite shower, exit to the garden 2 more bathrooms All bedrooms are equipped with AC (hot/cold). The exterior has a very original salt water pool (4mx8 m) with waterfall and ilumination by night. There are 2 covered terrace areas with a dining table for 6-8 people. Possible extra costs for heating in winter, please consult. Complete cleaning every 7 nights, with change of sheets and towels. IMPORTANT NOTE! Arrival procedure and key collection:
 • The key collection and check-in processing takes place in our partner office in the port of Ibiza. It is only 10 minutes drive from the airport. Office Opening Hours: 09:30hrs to 19:30hrs. Note: In case the arrival should have a different procedure, the customer will be informed previously by our Customer Service staff.
 • Arrivals out of Office Hours (between 19:30 h and 09:30 h): 
All guests arriving outside office hours must pay a late check-in service charge (cash on arrival). - Between 19:30-22:00 : 60€ - From 22:00 on: 100€ Touristic Tax: All tourists visiting the Balearic Islands must pay the local tourist tax on arrival. Security Deposit: A security deposit will be required upon arrival. The amount is individually calculated and depends on accommodation. (More information in our terms and conditions) Waste disposal: In Ibiza, no garbage is collected in the villas except when cleaned daily. Disregard will result in a partial retention of the deposit (40 € to 100 €). Facilities: In many properties, if you request on booking, can provide facilities such as cots, highchairs, Wifi, satellite etc. at a supplement to be paid locally (does not apply to accommodations that already have this available).
