INTERIOR: It is distributed by the GROUND FLOOR which consists of a living room with DTT / SAT TV . A separate kitchen with gas cooker and dishwasher. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There are also two independent bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. In the UPPER FLOOR which we will access by internal stairs, we will find a bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with two single beds each and a room with a single bed. There is also a bathroom with bathtub.
EXTERIOR: The villa has a partially enclosed plot and a large 10x4 pool, there is also a parking area for 5-6 vehicles.
LOCATION: The villa is located in Benissa in a very quiet area, ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday in a rural environment. It is 7.5 km from the beautiful sandy beach of Moraira. The nearest supermarket is only 1 km away. To Calpe and its beaches we will arrive in 10.5 km.
OBSERVACIONES: Free Wifi. Pets are allowed up to 12 kg with supplement.

Awesome outdoors, could use work indoors, but still recommend thoroughly. Although we only met one member of staff as we arrived on a Sunday and departed early morning, he was really helpful and offered extra support if we needed it. Telephone and online support wasn't always quick, but definitely acceptable and always offered a great service. The villa itself is set in a beautiful large compound. Lazy days by the pool are a dream! If you want peace and tranquility look no further. We were just a couple but the villa could hold a larger group with multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy. For us the best bit was the pool remained sunny all day long. I thoroughly recommend this villa. Many villas in Spain are dated interbally. The interior of this is no exception. You will find everything works but you will feel bedsprings and have sheets and blankets that don't fit a double bed properly. The whole place feels quaint indoors and could use updating, but doN't be put off the outdoors more than makes up for it.
4.8La casa es muy grande y todo muy limpio. La zona de la piscina es inmejorable. Piscina tipo playa, ideal para pequeños y conecta perfectamente a la zona más profunda. Varias hamacas y asientos por la piscina y los diferentes porches. Cocina muy completa en elementos y artilugios para cocinar y servir.
