Lovely vacation house in the north of Majorca, in the village of Muro, perfect for 2-6 people. A 10 minutes’ drive takes you to the family-friendly, fine grained sand beaches Playa de Muro and Can Picafort. Supermarkets, gas stations and restaurants are in Muro and the neighboring village of Sa Pobla. Perfectly ubicated between the sea and the mountains, this villa is nice for excursions to the beach, cycling or hiking. Visit the old town of Alcúdia, the Monastery of Lluc or make a cycling trip through Albufera park. The two-storey house features a private, 3.5 x 6.5 meters chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.3 to 1.6 meters; surrounded by a furnished terrace with ping-pong table and gas barbecue. A sun terrace with artificial lawn, loungers and parasols is on the first floor. The villa counts with centralized air conditioning, WiFi, tumble dryer, washing machine, Netflix, Prime and satellite channels. A toilet and the open living-dining room with kitchen is on the ground floor. On the first storey, you will find a shower bathroom with hair dryer and 3 bedrooms, two fitted with a double bed and one with a trundle bed, perfect for 2 children. One of the bedrooms counts with a bathroom en-suite, including a shower and a bathtub. To consider: Parties are not permitted. There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. During the high season, it reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory. Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 14 years. We require these documents by email. The damage deposit will be blocked on your credit card through a secure payment link. We’ll return the deposit within 7 days after check-out. The agency will send you the link via email.
