The UPPER FLOOR consists of a living room with SAT / DTT TV. A fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, dishwasher and access to the covered terrace. One bedroom with double bed and three bedrooms with two single beds each. Finally, there are two bathrooms with a bathtub. EXTERIOR: Nice and large plot with a 9x4.5 pool with Roman stairs. There is a built-in barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals. A room with the washing machine and there is parking for 2 vehicles on the same plot. LOCATION: This villa is located in a privileged area, given the short distance to the sea. It is only 250 from the beach, the supermarket and the nearest restaurants.
