Villa Es Puig in Buger

Welcome to this cozy house with private pool in Búger, featuring a large terrace and plenty of space for up to 4 guests. Búger is located in the north of Mallorca and is close to the Tramuntana mountains. The mountains extend over the whole western part of the island and hide picturesque villages such as Sóller, Valldemossa and Fornalutx. Mallorca is famous for its paradisiacal beaches; among them Playa de Muro, Puerto de Alcúdia or Cala Millor. In the centre of Búger there are restaurants and a supermarket. A car is necessary to move around the island. The house surprises with a rustic and comfortable style and has many details which have been lovingly preserved. The chlorine pool is has a size of 3 x 7 meters and a maximum depth of 1,9 meters. Around the pool there is a terrace with sunbeds and a porch offering a barbecue and a dining table. Pool towels are provided by the owners. Inside, you can relax in the living-dining room with satellite TV and Wifi connection. The kitchen with ceramic hob, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and dishwasher invites you to cook comfortably. Ideal for families or couples, there are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have a ceiling fan and a wardrobe. Apart from that, our guests will find a washing machine, iron and a cot on request in the house. Please note: In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest from 16 years old. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved during high season. Payment is to be made in cash on the day of arrival. Important: as required by law, we have to ask for copies of ID cards or passports of all guests over 14 years of age. This information is sent by email. The deposit will be held via credit card and the client will have to provide their details via a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure. There is no oven, but we have a microwave and a mini-oven to make a pizza.
