The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob. A hallway leads to two double bedrooms, each with a 1.35-meter bed and a wardrobe; one of the bedrooms has air conditioning. A spacious bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub, hairdryer, and large mirror completes this area. The separate main kitchen includes a gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all necessary utensils, with direct access to the terrace. A laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. From the central hall, a spiral staircase leads to a mezzanine with two single beds, a balcony overlooking the pool and mountains, and air conditioning. The property offers private outdoor parking for two cars. Located in a quiet area near Selva and the Tramuntana Mountains, it’s ideal for hikers. Important Information: Tourist Tax (Ecotasa): A mandatory charge for guests aged 16 and older. The rate is €2.20 per night per person during high season and €0.55 during low season.
