The upper area of ​​the house is neither developed nor inhabited. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning hot / cold, so that you can also spend the winter here. An excellent infrastructure leaves nothing to be desired: restaurants, shops, rental cars, bus connections, bike rentals, water sports, etc. The beautiful old town of Alcudia is also worth a visit.
