With a capacity for 10 people, the villa features a private pool (10x5m, optional heating for an additional 500 € per week), ping pong table, free Wi-Fi, parking for 3 cars, and a fully equipped kitchen. The villa is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you'll find a bedroom with two single beds, a full bathroom, an open-plan living-dining area with an American-style kitchen, and access to the terraces with an outdoor dining area, gas BBQ, and a relaxation zone. On the upper floor, there is the master bedroom with a large bed, a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom, and a private terrace. Additionally, there are three more bedrooms (two with single beds and one with a double bed), all with either en-suite or shared bathrooms. The villa includes amenities such as air conditioning, satellite TV, washing machine, dryer, bed linens, towels, and basic kitchenware. It’s ideal for families or large groups seeking tranquility while being close to the beautiful town. Please note that groups under 25 years old are not accepted, and there is an eco-tax of 2 € + 10% VAT per adult per night.
