Inside, the villa impresses with its warm and modern design, designed for maximum comfort. The living-dining area, equipped with satellite TV, is a cozy space to spend quality time with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Nespresso, Dolçe Gusto, induction hob, all necessary kitchen utensils, and a blender, making cooking a pleasure. Additionally, there is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for a hassle-free stay. For those looking for a special corner to relax, the villa features a beautiful mezzanine, ideal for reading. Regarding the bedrooms, the house offers three rooms, one with a double bed and two with two single beds, all with en-suite bathrooms with a shower and hairdryer. Additionally, upon request, two extra rooms with private bathrooms, each with two single beds, can be made available, expanding the villa's capacity. Designed with families in mind, the villa is fully equipped with a changing table, baby cots, high chairs, pool toys, baby monitor, bed rails, night light, and bottle sterilizer, ensuring a comfortable and safe stay for young children. In the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax called Ecotasa, which must be paid for each guest over 16 years old. The cost is 2.2 EUR per night and per person during high season and 0.55 EUR per night and per person during low season.
