Inside

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living-dining room equipped with SAT/DTT TV. The villa has two kitchens: one on each floor. The kitchen on the upper floor is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave and refrigerator, while the one on the ground floor has a gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The ground floor also has two bedrooms with two single beds each, a bathroom with a bathtub and a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

On the upper floor, the living-dining room offers access to the balcony and an open kitchen. Here there are also two bedrooms with two single beds each and a large bedroom with a double bed, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom with shower. In addition, there is another bathroom with a shower.

For your comfort, the villa has six air conditioners: three on the upper floor (in the dining room, master bedroom and hallway) and three on the ground floor (in the dining room, master bedroom and hallway). All rooms on the upper floor have a fan, while on the ground floor only one double room has a fan. The double rooms, both upstairs and downstairs, are equipped with electric heaters.

Abroad

The villa is located on a large, gated, pine-lined plot, ideal for families with children as it offers plenty of space to enjoy. The 8x3.5 meter swimming pool with Roman stairs and an outdoor shower is perfect for cooling off. There is also a barbecue with a refrigerator and washing machine, and parking space on the same plot for four vehicles.

Location

Located in the "Calalga" urbanization, the villa is very close to the beaches and all services. The sea is just 550 meters away, and the sandy beach, along with restaurants and supermarkets, is 1.3 km from the house.
