It is only 22 kilometres from the city of Palma and 10 kilometres from the airport, offering a perfect combination of privacy and proximity to all the attractions that Mallorca has to offer. In terms of public transport, the nearest bus stop (31112) is 800m away and is a direct line to Palma. - - - - - IMPORTANT NOTES - - - - - All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane).
