With 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms spread over two floors, this villa invites you to enjoy a relaxing holiday in a picturesque setting.
The ground floor of this beautiful villa welcomes you with a cozy living-dining room equipped with SAT/DTT TV, creating the perfect environment for moments of conviviality. The separate kitchen, fully equipped with a gas stove and dishwasher, gives you the freedom to prepare delicious meals. On this floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed, another with two single beds and a bathroom with a separate shower. In addition, a spacious room with a washing machine adds comfort to your stay.
The upper floor reveals a covered terrace with stunning views of the sea and Calpe. A second living-dining room with SAT/TDT TV, a fully equipped independent kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher, and three more bedrooms, all with two single beds together. The bathrooms include one with a shower and another with a bathtub, offering options for all tastes.

Nice house in Calpe, perfect for 2 families. Pool area is wonderful. The house is nice but could have som upgrades. The area is absolutely beautiful with close distance to beach, city center, grocery, family park etc. Kitchen equipment. So called BBQ is small and can not used for a large group.
4.0We stayed at Villa Agudin for 6 days with a family of mixed ages (8, teenagers, 20's and adults. The Villa is absolutely beautiful from the moment you walk in to see the beautiful flower covered entrance. The pool and Villa was immaculately clean, some areas are more modern than others but the property has been well maintained. The kitchens are well stocked for large groups and there is a washing machine in a utility room. A downside was that our flight arrived PlusHolidays was closed and there were no staff available to allow us to collect even with the €50 charge, we ended up waiting in a nearby McDonald's for 2.5 hours with all our suitcases. PlusHolidays were helpful and responsive to messages, they came to fix the aircon within an hour of them opening in the morning. Ten minute walk to Lidl and 5 minutes to a small shop. The area is beautiful to explore with several dive centres. Be aware Taxi costs varied enormously. Overall brilliant holiday, all would recommend :)
4.4la distancia a la playa no era la correcta en el anuncio comparado con el anuncio. no nos dieron instrucciones sobre la casa, solo las llaves. te cobran 260€ por la limpieza pero te obligan a sacar la basura y los cubos de basura estaban como a 300 metros. por ese precio de limpieza ya podían sacar ellos la basura. todo lo demás perfecto. se estropeó el termo de agua caliente y acudieron a arreglarlo enseguida.
