Set in the quiet gardens of the beachfront Marbellamar community, Casa Palmera is a beautifully decorated three storey townhouse, with spacious, private outdoor areas. It offers comfortable accommodation for eight guests. This property features two large terraces, perfect for enjoying the great weather; the roof terrace features a covered seating area, sunbeds and even a jacuzzi with a view! Please note use of the jacuzzi is €25 per day. Important: Marbellamar is a beautiful community of townhouses in a prime location, but please note that it is a residential area with neighbours in close proximity. It is therefore unsuitable for stag and hen groups, or those who create a lot of noise. We want those living in Marbellamar as well as holiday guests to be able to relax and enjoy their time here in peace, so please respect the neighbours, quiet hours at night, and the communal zones. Just 100 meters from sandy Casablanca beach and surrounded by celebrity hang outs and some of the most exclusive real estate in the world, you can easily walk (or jog, blade or cycle) along the Paseo Maritimo (Beachside Walkway) from Casa Palmera east to the old town of Marbella with its' traditional bars and restaurants and within a few hundred meters to the west is the world famous Marbella Club. A little further on is the Puente Romano Resort, perfect for rubbing shoulders with celebrities and boasting an array of top quality bars and restaurants, three of which have Michelin stars. The world famous Puerto Banus, the hang out of the rich and famous with it’s superyachts, glamorous boutiques and fabulous nightlife is a little way further on.. There is no need for a car, you can walk to the shops and some great restaurants, there is a bus stop at the end of the street, taxis are easy and cheap. For those seeking active leisure pursuits there is a host of activities on offer ranging from water sports, cable ski, para-sending, wind and kite surfing, dolphin safaris and boat charters through to horse riding and of course golf which you can play on any one of the dozens of excellent courses on the coat. There is something for everybody and guests at Casa Palmera have use of the private community swimming pool (in the warmer months) and also the tennis and paddle courts. Casa Palmera is within five hundred meters of thirty excellent restaurants, there are four supermarkets within seven minutes of the property and guests are quite simply spoilt for choice when it comes to local restaurants and amenities. The property is managed on behalf of the owners by Finest Rentals. We are a family business with great reviews across a wide range of holiday rental portals so guests are assured of top quality service and an excellent experience. Casa Palmera sleeps up to eight and provides high-end, well-equipped accommodation and facilities. The property has all the key characteristics of a fantastic holiday-home; modern bathrooms, power showers, cotton sheets and towels, a maid service (optional extra) and much more. Our guests can enjoy both Spanish and over 140 UK, Scandinavian and International TV channels , unlimited fast internet with WIFI, and comfortable indoor and outdoor seating in both sun and shade from the lower and upper terraces. Nothing is off limits in Casa Palmera, guests have the run of the whole of the house, from the roof terrace to the BBQ on the lower terrace with its dining facilities. There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, hob and microwave, it even has a Nespresso machine!! On the ground floor there is a smaller bedroom with double bed, shower room and guest WC, well equipped modern kitchen, comfortable lounge with ample seating and a large TV, separate elegant dining area and outside there is a large sunny terrace with plenty of comfortable seating, sun shades, outdoor dining table and gas BBQ. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with super king sized bed, en-suite shower room and walk in wardrobes. There are two guest bedrooms, one a king-sized double, the other a twin, with a family shower room and WC. On the third floor is a huge roof terrace with covered dining area, sunbeds and a jacuzzi (€25 per day). From here guests will enjoy warm evenings with views of the gardens, the sea and La Concha mountain. We provide fast and free Wifi with speeds of up to 100mb and unlimited downloads. Guests have the choice of over one thousand TV Channels in almost every language including English, Swedish, French and Russian and included are BT Sports, Sky Movies and all the Sky Sports channels; there is also an enormous selection of free movies and box sets. Guests staying for more than a week will be entitled to a free clean and mid-stay towel and bed linen change. By prior arrangement, and at an additional cost this can be arranged more frequently if required. We can also provide maid's service and arrange catering for you in the property. One of our team will always personally check you in and out and will be on hand if you need anything (we all live nearby) but otherwise we will leave you alone to enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet.
