The fully equipped brand-new kitchen is in bright and spacious open floor plan with sofas, dining area and it has everything you might need to make the most of your vacation, such as induction hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The house is 600 meters from Burriana Beach. It takes about 7 minutes to go there, longer to go home with an upwards incline, it's the price you pay for the amazing view! You walk to the city's central neighbourhoods in about 30 minutes, but there are also bus stop outside the area. A large supermarket (Mercadona) can be reached in about 10 minutes.
