It has a bedroom with a king-size bed, TV and a modern en-suite bathroom, equipped with a large shower and two bedrooms with two single beds each and a TV. In total, it can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. In addition, there is a bathroom with a shower and a living room-kitchen with a Smart TV with international channels, ideal for enjoying unlimited entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen stands out with an avant-garde style, offering state-of-the-art appliances and all the tools necessary to prepare delicious meals, from a coffee machine to a dishwasher. The outdoor spaces will surprise you! Enjoy the heavenly climate on the spacious terrace, designed to give you a unique outdoor experience. Here you will find a private heated pool with several massage jets, 2 massage seats, bubbles and a countercurrent for swimming, surrounded by artificial grass, perfect for cooling off or sunbathing comfortably in a relaxed atmosphere. The terrace has 6 comfortable sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, a gas barbecue and an outdoor bathroom with a shower, as well as a solarium to enjoy the sunsets. Every corner of Casa Joviano has been designed to create an environment that inspires calm and serenity. All rooms are air-conditioned and offer unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, so you will have everything you need for a comfortable and connected stay. A full weekly cleaning is included (for bookings of more than 8 nights) with change of bed linen and towels. A cot and highchair (on request) will be provided for a child under 2 years free of charge. The heated pool service is offered at an extra cost of €350/week to be paid in cash on the day of arrival.
