This beautiful townhouse offers you a successful combination of tradition and modernity on 250 square metres and is divided into several floors: On the ground floor you will find the living-dining room and a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes during your holiday. Furthermore, there is 1 bedroom with double bed and with bathroom en suite. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two of them with two single beds each and another one with a double bed . Also these bedrooms have a bathroom en suite. A few steps lead to the next floor, where there are two more bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and en suite bathrooms. The house is fully air-conditioned (hot/cold) and there is a fireplace in the living room for cosy winter evenings. Enjoy the beautiful patio where you can spend pleasant moments reading a book or having a drink in good company. From here you can access a spa area to cool off on hot days. There is also an outdoor toilet. From the roof terrace you have an unforgettable view over beautiful Artá!
