Charming cottage on the outskirts of the village of Sant Joan, in an idyllic and peaceful rural setting, surrounded by nature, away from the noise and bustle of the city. The house occupies one floor, has good equipment and a fresh, simple decor that results make it a nice and relaxed home. The distribution of the rooms is very practical, entering the house we find a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, through the kitchen, to the left, there is a bathroom with shower. The bedroom is located between the bathroom and the room is a double bedroom with a large comfortable bed of 160 x 200 and finally living room. It is a very bright room with exit to the outside, there is a double sofa bed of 140 and a comfortable armchair that becomes a single bed. Above the living room there is a loft with a bed 135 x 190. This room is ideal for youngsters. Outside there is a lovely porch furnished with table and chairs in front is the pool and next to it there is a chill out area, a perfect place to be outdoors to enjoy the essential and simple things. In the exterior there is also a playground for the little ones, some bikes available to guests and an organic garden. No doubt this house is perfect for a relaxing disconnecting holiday of our daily routine. The tranquility and beauty of the surrounding environment will make it possible. A haven of peace for a small group of adults or families with children in a safe environment and in contact with nature. A wonderful area for walking or cycling and beautiful views of the people. Sant Joan can say it is a town of friendly people who like to share with visitors their festivals and customs, which has a rich traditional Mediterranean cuisine based on local produce. Uneven streets that rise and fall and retains architectural attractions like the church, the chapel and the sanctuary, in addition to the windmills, wells and public laundries. Being in the center of the island, the distances to any beach or the capital Palma, are within a maximum of 30 minutes. Wednesday will enjoy the popular craft market Sineu 6 km from the house.
