Set in a quiet and rural environmen just 15 km from the beach, this private villa with pool and garden can comfortably accommodate 2-6 guests. This lovely country house is just a few minutes driving from the village Sa Pobla, where you will find supermarkets, gas stations and restaurants. A short drive takes you to the northern beaches; Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcúdia and Playa de Muro just to mention a few. If you visit us during the low season, you can enjoy hiking and cycling in the Tramuntana Mountains or visit our picturesque villages Deià and Valldemossa. The well-kept garden has lot of space for you and your family. Enjoy a large summer dinnner outside, make a barbecue or play with your kids. The private chlorine pool with a size of 9 x 5 metres and a depth between 0.9 and 1.8 metres is surrounded by a terrace, sun loungers and parasols. This one-storey house has a bright living-dining room with open, well-equipped kitchen. There’s an oven for the winter, a TV with satellite channels and fast Wifi if you work at home. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with 2 single beds. Each bedroom has a bath and a mini-kitchen. To consider: Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season (May-October) and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season (Nov-April). During the low season, it reduces by half from the 9th night. Payment cash on your day of arrival. Damage deposit: 300 Eur.
