It is a rustic-style house built on one floor that is located on a fenced plot surrounded by a well-kept garden with a large area of lawn, native plants and typical Mediterranean aromatic herbs. The swimming pool and the garden next to the beautiful and peaceful rural surroundings are undoubtedly the main appeal of the property. Around the pool there are sun loungers to relax, there is also a barbecue to prepare all kinds of delicacies and a covered terrace with table and chairs for al fresco dining. There are three double bedrooms, the largest bedroom has a double bed and the other two bedrooms have twin beds each. The living room and two bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. And it is also ideal for long term holidays in the low season. Located near the highway, it enables us to travel to any place on the island. The property is located about 3 km from Sa Pobla and Campanet, two villages in the interior of Mallorca to enjoy the quiet life, its popular festivals and especially its Mediterranean cuisine.
