It has 4 bedrooms, all with in suite bathrooms. 3 bedrooms are on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a bedroom and a fully equipped, spacious and bright kitchen together with the living room. There is also a small toilet. It stands out for being a new construction and for the great quality of all the accommodations. The outside area does not fall behind, there is a terrace, a fenced-in swimming pool, sunbeds, a barbecue, very comfortable outdoor furniture and a beautiful garden with a pleasant terrace to enjoy the good weather, company and spectacular views. IMPORTANT: - All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax.
