Rural House Moonside in Port Sóller

5StarsHome, a leader in vacation rentals in Mallorca and Ibiza, presents Moonside, a very exclusive eco-friendly estate with concierge service. We rent the entire estate, so the heated pool, barbecue area, and all amenities are for the exclusive use of the group that has booked Moonside during a specified period. In total, there are 5 houses, each slightly separated from the others, no more than 5 to 30 meters apart. We have named each house after the most common winds in the Mediterranean, and each has its own particular layout as follows: Casa Tramontana: 3 double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The 3 bedrooms in this house are not internally connected. Casa Mistral: 1 double bedroom (35 m²) with an en-suite bathroom and a small bed for a child (baby). This house has a kitchen, dining room for 12 people, bathroom, and living room, which also has a sofa bed. Casa Ponent: 1 double bedroom, sofa bed, and en-suite bathroom. Casa Garbi: 1 double bedroom, sofa bed, and en-suite bathroom. Casa Gregal: The main communal house (140 m²). It is an open space with a full kitchen, dining room for 12 to 14 people, a living room, and a quiet work office. This house also has a guest bathroom. The sofa beds in some of the rooms are a flexible and easy alternative for children. The exterior features of the estate include dry stone terraces that divide the levels, mixing fruit crops, flowers, and wooded areas. The estate has a heated saltwater pool very close to the large and fully equipped barbecue area, which has outdoor dining for 12 people with all the necessary amenities, such as tableware, cutlery, and appliances (refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.). Throughout the garden, there are cozy details such as a spacious pergola, irrigation channels, and ponds that frame an imposing sculpture, "Nervios de Acero," by artist Juan Garaizabal. Each house is surrounded by a garden, and there is WiFi throughout the estate, as well as air conditioning/heating in all the houses. The estate is accessed via the rural road Camí de Sa Figuera (1 km) through olive and orange groves. Due to the characteristics of the road, a high car is recommended. Moonside is ideal for a relaxing experience, enjoying family time, resting, and combining it with remote work. The Port of Sóller and Playa des Port de Sóller are nearby, offering a perfect combination of natural beauty, history, and gastronomy. These areas are ideal for enjoying water sports, scenic walks, and sampling delicious local cuisine in restaurants with sea views.
