Cozy one-storey house, with a living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Bathroom with bathtub. It has air conditioning in the living-dining room. Spectacular outdoor area with barbecue, large terrace with magnificent views where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. There is also an area where there is a cold water jacuzzi to relax and enjoy the good weather of the island. Ideal place if you are looking for calm and at the same time to be only a few minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca. IMPORTANT: - All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax.
