Well-preserved and very pleasant country house, located 2.4 km from Benirrás Beach (where you can enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets in Ibiza), in complete peace and tranquility. Layout - on a single floor: • Living-dining room with large table for dining, TV area equipped with a sofa for 5 people • Independent gas-equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils and tableware, table for 6 diners • 2 bedrooms with double bed • 1 bedroom with 2 single beds • 1 full bathroom with shower Exterior: • Swimming pool (9x4 m) with sun loungers and parasol, surrounded by lawn and a garden with all kinds of fruit trees • Large covered terrace with built-in barbecue • Shower room Air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. IMPORTANT NOTE! Key collection and check-in: • Key collection and check-in are handled at our associated office in the port of Ibiza. It is only a 10-minute drive from the airport. Office hours: 09:30h to 19:30h. Note: If the arrival must have a different procedure, the Customer Service staff will inform the customer in advance. • Arrivals outside office hours (between 19:30h and 09:30h): All guests arriving outside office hours must pay a late check-in fee (in cash upon arrival). - Between 19:30h - 22:00h: €60. - From 22:00h: €100. Tourist tax: All tourists visiting the Balearic Islands must pay the applicable tourist tax upon arrival. Security deposit: A security deposit will be required upon arrival. The amount is calculated individually, depending on the accommodation. (More information in our terms and conditions) Waste disposal: In Ibiza, waste is not collected from villas, except when they are cleaned daily. Failure to do so will result in a partial retention of the deposit (€40 to €100). Facilities: In many properties, upon request, we can provide facilities such as cots, highchairs, wifi, satellite, etc. with a supplement to be paid on site (not applicable to accommodations that already have them available).
