Our villa in Arona has 3 bedroom(s) and sleeps 8 people plus 1 child. It is a 377 m² property, tastefully furnished and fully equipped, with views to the mountain, the garden and wonderful outdoor areas. It is located in Buzanada, in the municipality of Arona, an ideal area for those looking to enjoy the good weather at any time of the year and all the different activities available in the area, in addition to the enveloping and relaxing atmosphere of the villa. There is an independent kitchen fully equipped with: fridge, induction hob, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and juicer. In the living room, bright and with direct access to the pool, you can find a double sofa bed and a satellite TV in three languages available: Spanish, English and German. It has three bedrooms in which the beds are 150. Our guests can enjoy a large garden, laid out with outdoor furniture and a swimming pool with wonderful mountain views. It has a 68 m² terrace, iron, hairdryer, internet access (WIFI), balcony, air conditioning for the hottest days, and private outdoor parking. The property also has a barbecue available on request. Cost: 20€/ per reservation. Enjoy outdoor moments with friends and family! The area is very quiet but close to everything you need. The beach 'Playa del Camisón' is 15 minutes away by car, the supermarket 'Supermercado 4 caminos' is 2 minutes away by car, a restaurant with very good ratings 'Bodegón Tío Julio (Buzanada)' is 3 minutes away by car and the nearest cafeteria 'Cafetería Mi café' is 5 minutes away by car. The bus station 'Estación Guaguas Los Cristianos' is 8'4Km away and Tenerife South Airport is at a distance of 14'2Km. The villa has exterior cameras that will be used to check that no events/uncommunicated visits/extra persons or any other situation that does not comply with the established rules of the property are taking place. In response to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) and for your peace of mind we have implemented a cleaning and disinfection protocol in all our accommodation following the recommendations of the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) and the Vacation Rental Cleaning Professionals (VRHP).
