The beaches of Binibeca and Binisafúa are approximately 4 minutes drive from the house, as is the town of Sant Lluís. Vehicle is necessary. Exterior: The property has been constructed with great attention to detail using traditional materials to recreate, with modern comfort, the typical Menorcan country house style. The gardens are spacious (approximately 11,000 square metres) and the pool is situated to the east of the house and measures 10m x 5m.
