House Llampi in Maria de la Salut

Charming villa with private pool between Sineu and Maria de la Salut, where 6 people will find a cosy home for their holidays in Majorca. Overlooking the countryside and the rolling hills of Majorca centre, the villa Llampi is 4 km from Sineu, where you can visit the market on Wednesday. Furthermore, in Sineu there are restaurants, bars and some shops. A 20 minutes’ drive takes you to the northern coast and to family-friendly beaches like Can Picafort and Playa de Muro. Eastwards, there are the picturesque villages Artà and Capdepera, in the West, the Tramuntana mountain range is perfect for hiking. When coming home after a day full of activities, you may enjoy a swim in the 3,5 x 2 meters sized chlorine pool; surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers. The BBQ area offers a wood burning oven and garden furniture. Interiors are a mix between modern and rustic equipment, including WiFi and satellite TV. The living room with sofas gives access to a hall and the kitchen, fitted with a gas cooker, dishwasher and much more. There are three double bedrooms, 2 shower baths and a hair dryer. A washing machine, iron/ironing board and a cot/high chair upon request are available. To consider: Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require these documents by email. There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
