Lovely house located in a quiet area of Puerto de Alcudia, very close to the sea. It welcomes 8 guests. The beautiful outdoor areas of the house are designed for you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. On its terrace, which has views of the lake, you will find a sunbathing area with loungers and a porch with a seating area and a large table where you can enjoy endless evenings with your companions. There is also a second terrace with a barbecue, so you can cook great grilled dishes. The interior of the single-storey villa, which has been recently renovated, will offer you the rest you deserve. The living-dining room has air conditioning and satellite TV. The kitchen is independent and equipped with everything you need to cook with total comfort. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. For sleeping, there are four bedrooms, all with air conditioning. Two of them have a double bed, while the others have two single beds each. A toilet and two bathrooms with showers serve the property. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair. Free street parking. The property is located in a quiet area of Puerto de Alcudia, which is perfect for those who want to combine relaxation with leisure. Near the villa you will find establishments to enjoy an independent stay, as well as many places where you can go shopping, eat or have a drink. The nearest beach, Alcudia, with white sand and crystal clear waters, is just a few metres from the house. Groups under 30 years of age are not allowed.
