The building is located in Gran Canaria, one of the most beautiful islands of the Canary archipelago, inaugurated in July 2023 and belongs to the municipality of Telde, between the beaches of Melenara (140 metres away) and Salinetas (250 metres away). Sustainability, accessibility and smart locks have been taken into account in order to forget about the possible problems that keys can cause. Melenara Beach is 350 metres long and 30 metres wide, with black volcanic sand and a wide range of restaurants that allow you to enjoy the rich and varied local gastronomy. Melenara is a quiet and very familiar beach, with parking and spa, with bathing service, adapted for disabled people, lifeguard service throughout the year, children's playground and blue flag. The fully equipped kitchen has a combined fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, extractor fan, complete kitchenware and small appliances, as well as a water purifier. In the bathroom, apart from the WC, washbasin and shower tray, there is a washing machine and tumble dryer together with a storage unit, where the hairdryer is.
