The flat is located on the first floor of a holiday building, with capacity for three people, it has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. The flat is fully equipped with all the basic utensils necessary to enjoy a comfortable and carefree stay. The roof terrace, shared with two other studios, offers a spectacular panoramic view of the beach. The smaller terrace belonging to the flat is private. All amenities are close by. It is not necessary to rent a car, but we recommend it for flexibility. The driving distance to the city of Las Palmas is about 10min. Good connections to all parts of the island. Bus station nearby. Parking is easily found in the surrounding area. You can enter the accommodation at any time after 15:00. Early check-in can only be arranged on request. If you need it, please send us an email. Please note that guest registration is compulsory for those over 16 years of age, and only when completed for all travellers, can access to the property be given.
