There are 2 double bedrooms with ample wardrobe space and a refurbished bathroom with a shower. The property is in excellent condition with air conditioning installed throughout. Please note that there is no lift. The gated complex has a communal swimming pool with sunbeds and a separate children's pool. Only a 5 minute walk to supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the beach. Miraflores Golf Course is nearby with the driving range just a short walk away. As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metres are estimates. In this property you will find a comprehensive information pack complete with an extensive restaurant guide spanning the entire coast, local area information, activity options, golf course maps and much more. Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
