A wonderful light and modern apartment with incredible views over the countryside and sea bay. This superb holiday home is set apart from the rest thanks to its enormous private roof terrace, perfect for enjoying the sun throughout the days and into the evenings.
Guests have access to the communal pool and sunbathing areas staffed by a lifeguard during opening hours, as well as a private underground car parking spot, two private terraces with a barbeque, dining area, and sofa seating outdoors.
Oceana views is located in a prime spot along the coast, with quick access to Estepona, San Pedro and Marbella; all within a 20 minute drive. There’s quick access to restaurants, supermarkets, sandy beaches and world-class golf courses. Along this stretch of coast you can walk or run across seafront paths (paseos maritimos), visit beautiful and uncrowded beaches or mountain pueblos, and dine on the sand in peaceful beachfront settings.
The second floor apartment is accessed by lift or stairs, and upon entering the light and open kitchen lounge and dining area, guests are greeted with open sea-views and wall-to wall windows to an excellent south-west-facing terrace. A well equipped kitchen has all the appliances you could need, right down to a Nespresso coffee machine!
Stepping outside guests will find a barbeque and dining area for six, and a staircase leading up to the roof terrace/solarium, which has four sunbeds, and a sofa area perfect for morning coffees. All of the outside spaces feature unbeatable views towards the south-west.
To the left of the entrance hall is a twin bedroom with built-in wardrobes and a bathroom. Through the lounge area the master bedroom is accessed with a super-king sized bed, a dressing area with fitted wardrobes, and a bathroom with a walk in shower.
The property is managed on behalf of the owners by Finest Rentals. We are a family business with great reviews across a wide range of holiday rental portals so guests are assured of top quality service and an excellent experience.
One of our team will always personally check you in and out and will be on hand if you need anything (we all live nearby) but otherwise we will leave you alone to enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet. If there is anything that any of our guests need, from airport transfers or car hire, a cot or to hire a super yacht or Ferrari (or perhaps a more practical vehicle for the family) then you only have to ask - our aim is to make your holiday here unforgettable!
Please be aware that, at present, due to a drought in the south of Spain, the regional government of Andalucia have imposed restrictions on pool filling and openings and as such guests are prohibited from using the pool and shower/communal toilet facilities until further notice. These measures are being reviewed every two weeks, and we hope and expect that by the summer the pool will reopen.
