Perfect for families or couples, our accommodation offers everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. The property consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious living/dining room, and a large terrace with pool and sea views. Our tranquil residence is located approximately 600 meters from the center of the charming fishing village of La Cala de Mijas, where you will find all essential services: restaurants, supermarkets, shops, medical services, civil guard, post office, pharmacy, among others. You can reach it on foot in just a few minutes, enjoying a pleasant seaside walk along the coastal path, located about 40 meters from the property. In Mijas Costa, you will have access to numerous tourist attractions, including seven golf courses. Its privileged location between Fuengirola and Marbella will allow you, within minutes, to enjoy a good paella on the beach of Fuengirola and then stroll through the old town of Marbella or its famous port "Puerto Banús". In summer, there are establishments offering water activities such as jet ski rental, canoes, kayaks, and surfboards. The Western Costa del Sol is a coastal region located west of the city of Malaga, bathed by the Mediterranean Sea and close to the Strait of Gibraltar, where it meets the Atlantic Ocean. Here, the waters are temperate and the bottoms sandy, ideal for swimming. It is one of the most important tourist areas in Spain, concentrating most of the sun, beach, and relaxation tourism in Andalusia. The climate is pleasant, with an average temperature of 19°C and over 300 days of sunshine per year. The residence is located next to the Mediterranean highway (A7 Highway), with a very close bus and taxi stop. There are bus lines that connect the entire Costa del Sol as well as other cities in Andalusia. We recommend visiting the neighboring coastal towns of Marbella, Fuengirola, Estepona, Benalmádena, and Torremolinos. The province of Malaga also has a large number of inland towns of great cultural and tourist interest, among which stands out, for its uniqueness and proximity, the village of Mijas Pueblo. It is also highly recommended to visit the neighboring cities of Malaga and Granada. Taxis offer fixed prices to take you to the main tourist destinations in the region, without any unpleasant surprises.
