This two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is set within the La Siesta 2 complex. Situated just 200 meters from a range of bars, restaurants and supermarkets and a leisurely 10 - 15 minute walk to the beach. The apartment is beautifully furnished with air conditioning throughout. The bright lounge opens out onto a covered South West facing covered terrace with glass curtains, perfect for outdoor living and al fresco dining in summer and winter. A spiral staircase leads to a large roof-top terrace equipped with sun loungers for enjoying the all day sun and panoramic views. Fibre optic WIFI and a smart TV are provided. A superb apartment - ideal for holidays for all age groups. As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metres are estimates. Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday. Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. For these discounted bookings, electricity usage is charged on top. The electricity payment will be charged per day and is payable in advance along with your balance Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
