It is a cozy 81 m² accommodation with a living room, two bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. It is located 300 m from the sandy beach "Playa Punta Candor", and is located in an ideal area for families and close to shops and restaurants. It has a washing machine, iron, internet access (Wi-Fi), dryer, heat pump heating, air conditioning in all bedrooms, community pool, 1 fan, 1 TV. The induction open plan kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. Don't worry about sheets and towels when you come. The beds will be made and you will find the linen for the sofa bed when you arrive. In the house you will also find a clothes iron. Guests must show a valid ID and sign a tourist rental contract upon check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Andalusian Government on Housing for Tourist Purposes). 🔑 For the delivery of keys we will offer you a contact telephone number when confirming the reservation.
