Modern, very central apartment with sea views, just a real minute from San Lorenzo beach, with a double room and a large, warm and very bright living room that has a 1.20 m sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, fridge...) and with a full bathroom. It has heating and a lift.
Important note: The lift service will not be available from 14/10 until the end of December 2024 due to works on it. We apologise for the inconvenience.
* Please note that NOISY WORKS have started in an adjacent building during working hours from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 in the morning to 18-19:00 in the afternoon. * As a result, one of the scaffoldings covers the sea views we have in the apartment.
Its excellent location will allow you to explore the city on foot.
