Apartment Deltamar 22 in Xeraco

The Deltamar I residential complex is located at the southern end of Xeraco beach (C/ Les Marines 11), first line with direct beach access, ground floor construction without lift, featuring a lake-style swimming pool surrounded by 4,000 m2 of gardens. Close to a multi-sports court and fifty metres from a pleasant wooded area with children's swings. Ground floor apartment with north-facing terrace, cool with sea views from its terrace. Kitchen with American bar to dining room, a gallery-laundry room, living-dining room with ceiling fan, two bathrooms (one with shower tray) and three bedrooms with ceiling fans. The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels, and everything necessary for cooking and setting the table. Pressure cooker, blender, and electric toaster are not standard; therefore, if any of these are essential, do not forget to bring them! Capacity 6/7 people. Upon key collection, a deposit of 60-150 € must be paid to cover possible damages or key loss. This will be returned upon key return after apartment inspection. Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service along the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments). Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. DEPOSIT OF 150€ FOR FAMILIES, AND 400€ FOR FRIEND GROUPS. NO YOUNG GROUP ALLOWED (under thirty years old) NO PETS / Pets accepted upon request, maximum weight 10 kg, supplement 5€/night (maximum weight 10kg). Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels. Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various items. Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 PM. There is a possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. Departure and evacuation of accommodations will be done before 10:00 AM. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Prior to key collection, a deposit of 150 € will be paid, which will be returned after apartment inspection, and if the company deems it appropriate, up to 48 hours after evacuation.
