Excellent first floor apartment in detached house located on the outskirts of Selva with stunning views of the mountains. This apartment for its location, spaciousness, equipment, decoration and wonderful outdoor areas is a comfortable and warm home to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in Mallorca. The apartment consists of four double bedrooms, two full bathrooms; one en suite, living room with fireplace and exit to the terrace, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace. There are two terraces, one of them is located at the entrance of the apartment and the other one of 40 m² facing the pool. Indoor is great but without a doubt the most wonderful are the outdoor areas like the terrace overlooking the garden, the pool and the mountains. This space is perfect for breakfast outdoors. Going down stairs we access the pool of 9.50 x 4.50 with a depth of 1.05 to 2.10. The salt water chlorination pool has Roman steps, which facilitates access. It is surrounded by lawn and equipped with sun loungers for all guests, a swing and outdoor shower. In addition there is a nice and large porch with barbecue, wood oven, table and chairs and a sofa to enjoy pleasant evenings. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, all rooms have central heating and air conditioning with hot/cold system. All amenities and services are in Selva, at 750 m from the house, a beautiful and picturesque mountain village located at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains, you will find good restaurants, bars, a supermarket, grocery stores and bakeries. A paradise where you can forget about stress, exhaustion, far from the hustle and bustle of urban activity or saturated tourist areas. It's ideal to walk, relax and enjoy the landscape. Hiking fans will find in theTramunta mountains, the most interesting and wide range. Different routes offer hikers the possibility of enjoying wonderful views, natural forests and fresh air. Being connected to the highway, in about 20 minutes we can be reached Palma for shopping or trips and cultural outings. That same time it will take us to reach some of the most beautiful beaches and coves in the north of the island such as Alcúdia or Pollensa bay. Inca, one of the three most important municipalities of the Island, is only 2 Km. Do not miss visiting its important weekly market that take place on Thursdays.
