This newly acquired property, as well as being perfectly located in the center of the resort, features a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher as well as basic features like toaster, kettle and coffee machine. It is equipped for full occuapnce including all crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and kettle. There is A/C throughout the property, not the standard lounge only. High speed internet and international TV is standard, and there is a nicely furnished terrace with the additional benefit of glass curtains to either keep the cool in or the wind out! The town center apartments are larger than the rest of the resort, so this style is highly sought after. The second bathroom is really useful of course and this is unique to this town center style of property. Outside, there is a communal pool as part of the block, plus there are 16 further pools around the resort which you can use with the supplied wristbands. There is a private parking space which is underground and gated. This is of course a golf resort, so you have an 18 hole golf course designed by Jacj Niklaus on your doorstep and you qaulaify for resisntes rates upon production of your rental contract from us. The resort itself is a thriving golf and holiday resort with good facilities including bars, restaurants, supermarket etc, and has 24/7 patrolled security providing a safe and relaxed environment for the whole family.
