Situated close to the beach and within walking distance of all amenities this complex has extensive lawned tropical gardens and 2 sparkling free form swimming pools. The larger pool is open from 25th May - 11th October and the smaller pool is open from 1st May - 11th October. Opening hours vary. This property is next to the smaller pool. An ideal location for a family holiday and only 400m to the beach! As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metres are estimates. Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday. Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels). A €50 booking fee is payable on each booking. Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €20 for a 1 bedroom property, €40 for a 2 bedroom property and €60 for a 3 bedroom property. Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid. THIS PROPERTY DOES ALLOW DOGS- Please be aware that there will be an extra €20.00 added at point of booking. IMPORTANT- there will also be an additional €200 added to the existing damage deposit. This will be taken automatically with your final balance payment, 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. The €200 damage deposit for the dog, plus the existing damage deposit cost, will be returned to you within 14 days of your check out date. Subject to a satisfactory property inspection.
