Unique beach house only 10m from the sea and the beach with a fantastic panoramic view from the lovely terrace. The accommodation is perfect for two people who wish to live directly on the beach and close to cozy Puerto De La Duquesa with restaurants and cafes. The apartment has a bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom with toilet and shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a dining table, sofa and flat-screen TV. From the kitchen and living room you can see directly to the beach. On the terrace there is a lounge group where you can sit and enjoy the spectacular view for a relaxing holiday. In front of the house is a wide promenade that takes you all the way to Casares Costa, either on foot or by bike. The community has a community pool that is open during the summer months. As a rental company, we have no responsibility or influence regarding municipal or public spaces within and outside the community. This is something that those responsible for the community are solely responsible for, such as: Opening hours and availability for indoor/outdoor pools/gym/sauna/spa/parking in the area/ water pressure/padel courts or construction work in the area.
