Located in the fine community of Residencial Alcazaba Hill, this modern ground floor apartment is furnished with elegant furnishings. It can sleep 4 adults. The apartment has a total of 90 square meters with a private patio with lawn and deck chairs. As a tenant, you have free entry and access to the wonderful Alcazaba Lagoon and its activities such as pedal boats, kayaks, deckchairs and hot tubs. All activities are free for tenants and there is a separate entrance for tenants. It is located at Lagunen's main parking lot. Please note that the Lagoon is privately owned and managed by a separate entity from our Alcazaba Lagoon apartments, gardens and pools. The Lagoon's entry policy is that to enter the Lagoon, each guest will receive one pass/wristband per bedroom in the apartment (ie a 2 bedroom apartment will receive 4 passes). Children under the age of 2 do not need a pass. These passes are to enter the lagoon and if any guests break the rules that guest will no longer have access to the lagoon. Please keep these bracelets (passports) safe as they are expensive and difficult to replace and make sure you leave them inside the apartment Accommodation has 2 bedrooms, a master double room with bathroom, and a twin room with another bathroom. Spacious kitchen with oven and fridge, freezer, coffee machine and washing machine. Thanks to being located on the ground floor, it is easily accessible for children and the elderly. Free public parking outside on the street Shared large pool in the community, both for adults and children. Surrounded by nature and close to the Lagoon, golf course and beaches make it ideal for golfers and nature lovers. It is the perfect place to relax. As a rental company, we have no responsibility or influence regarding municipal or public spaces inside and outside the community such as the public pool or the Alcazaba Lagoon. This is something that those responsible for society are solely responsible for, such as for example: Opening hours and availability for indoor/outdoor pools/gym/sauna/spa/parking in the area/ water pressure/padel courts.
