EXTERNAL: Beautiful garden terrace area with a rectangular 8x4 pool with Roman steps. There is a built-in barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals. There is parking on the same plot for 2 vehicles.
LOCATION: Villa located in a privileged area for its calm, without sacrificing proximity to the beach and all shops. The nearest sandy beach is 2.5 km away, as are the restaurants. The nearest supermarket is 1.3 km away.
