INTERIOR: This beautiful villa is composed of two independent floors connected by external stairs. The GROUND FLOOR consists of a beautiful lounge with SAT / DTT TV. A separate dining room with access to the pool area. A fully equipped open kitchen with gas cooker and dishwasher. A bedroom with a bunk bed for two people and air conditioning. One bedroom with two single beds and a separate bathroom with shower. The UPPER FLOOR consists of a bedroom with a double bed, living room and a bathroom with shower.
EXTERIOR: Nice plot with an 8x4 kidney-shaped pool and outdoor shower. From the outside there is access to the solarium which offers beautiful views of the sea and the rock of Ifach. There is a portable barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals and parking on the same plot for one vehicle.
LOCATION: This villa is located in a privileged area for its calm, just 350 m from the nearest sandy beach. The nearest supermarket is 1.3 km away as well as the restaurants. The center of Calpe is accessible in 2 km.
OBSERVATIONS: Free WiFi. Pets are allowed up to 12 kg with supplement.

Great villa in lovely setting. With sun all day long. Good sized pool and great indoor and outdoor spaces and a BBQ. Great air conditioning and showers, and decent wifi. About a 25min walk into the town but easily accessible with a car. We had a great time here :)
5,0Lovely villa, quiet and private in a beautiful setting. We had a fantastic time and would love to re. Loved the quiet and private setting, beautiful outdoor area with plants and trees. Upstairs rooms were very modern and spacious with a great balcony. Kitchen was very well equipped. - Loved the pool but some sharp tiles around the steps in the pool, these hurt the kids feet.
