It has private access to the pool from its garden. HOUSE DISTRIBUTION: Ground floor: It only has a room and a toilet. First floor: We find the living-dining room with an American kitchen, which has direct access to the private garden, a room, and a bathroom. COMMON AREAS: The pool, completely fenced, is just a few meters from the house. The mountain views from the pool are spectacular. A large barbecue area with a big table. DISTANCES: In the Picos de Europa, 12 km from Potes and 34 km from the Fuente Dé cable car.
