One with a double bed, air conditioning and bathroom en suite and the other with two single beds and a ceiling fan. Upstairs is accessed from an internal staircase, you will find a spacious and bright living room. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds (all of them with air conditioning. There are two bathrooms with a shower (one of them en suite).
EXTERNAL: Pleasant plot where there is an 8x4 pool with roman steps and outdoor shower, ideal to relax and enjoy your vacation. There are several terraces to enjoy the partially sea views.
DISTANCES: The villa is located in a privileged urbanization given its proximity to LA FUSTERA and PINETS beach (650 m) and Algi supermarket (500 m), as well as the center of Calpe and all services (5.5 km).
REMARKS: Free Wi-Fi. Pets are not allowed.
